Weathering and erosion are the processes that would be partially responsible for the change in the landmasses. Since the image shows movement of continents to their current positions, their surfaces would have been sculpted by the agents of denudation through its 250mya history.
Denudation is the gradual process of lowering and leveling of the earth surface by breaking and wearing away of such surfaces.
The agents of denudation are wind, running water, ice and waves.

Explanation: This limestone was near the ocean floor the collisions of tectonic plates cause this limestone to move up, because of the combination of streaching and lifting and futhermore was not exposed to pressures or heat to metamorphose.
