<span>i think the reason they do that is because of the lack of understanding about how important it is to watch their behavior so it won't be a nuisance to others We are a selfish beings that tend to put ourselves above others. If we just learn to empathize , we will start to realize that we should not do anything that may negatively impact others such as littering</span>

If the lines were long and very detailed, the listener would need to spend more effort to discern the singers message. I'm not sure what the story "To Build a Fire" is, but I hope I can help you by telling you that "third person" is when the characters/protagonist are described through "he", "she", etc. and "omniscient point of view" is all seeing, therefore, options 2 and 4 are impossible.
