This is the city that was located to the eastern side of Lake Tunis.Queen Elissa was the leader of the first Phoenician colony that developed in the city of Carthage. Aristotle the famous Greek philosopher had written extensively about the governing of Carthage and he was highly impressed by what he had seen.
