Explanation: We learn a lot of what we know and how we behave through observation or by using our senses. However, there are some forms of knowledge that are inborn or innate, such as emotional facial expressions. This indicates that the mind is not a blank state at birth.  

In 2008, a study of emotional facial reactions including blind people show that blind people move the same facial muscles as those who are not blind when expressing their emotions . Because the blind people have never been able to see these expressions, they are innate rather than learnt.
