I'm assuming it's $y = log_2(x + 7)$

$x = log_2(y + 7)$
$2^{x} = y + 7$
$y = 2^{x} - 7$

If it actually is $y = log^2(x + 7)$,
the inverse is just $y = e^{\sqrt{x}} - 7$
