Question 1: What is the first thing you notice about a person?  

Answer: The way other person is dressed.

Explanation:

There are also many other things to be noticed in a person for example:

• The way other person smells.

• The way other person looks.

• The way other person walks.

• The way the other person talks.

• They way other person eats.

• They way other person treat other person.

Apart from other things I have mentioned above why I chose the way other person is dressed is because, it is the main thing I notice first in other person.

Question 2: What are some challenges you think the next generation will face?

Answer:  

Following are the some challenges coming generation has to face:

• <u>Environmental pollution & Global warming</u>  (Due to the deposited plastic waste thrown by people in the rivers and oceans. Consequently, not only the sub-marine life will be in great danger but also it is addition in the environmental pollution.

• Population control

( In the last couple of decades, due to increase in the population of the world, the resources are becoming scare with the every passing day. Our coming generations, definitely, has to suffer and bear the results)

• <u>Excessive use of Social Media</u> (Due to the excessive use of social media, our youth is becoming isolated from the real outside world. They play less physical games, spending more time in front of their gadget screens, which definitely is making them less tolerant, more irritated and frustrated. Consequently, they are developing anxiety in much younger age.

Question 3: What three habits will improve your life?  

Answer: Below is the list of thee habits that can improve one’s life:

  1. <u>Being punctual</u>: Because it will help them do their task easily, orderly and efficiently.
  2. <u>Daily exercise:</u>  A healthy body has a healthy mind, by doing daily exercise one can become more physically fit and healthy. Exercise increases our stamina and makes us more energetic.  
  3. <u>Eating healthy:</u> Healthy food has a key role in our health. On the other hand eating junk not only makes us fat but also makes us nutrient deficient. By adopting a healthy eating lifestyle one will become less sick.

<u>But the most important thing in my life for which I am highly grateful is Peace of mind.</u>

When we have peace of mind, we can perform almost all activities of our life very actively. Peace of mind gives us the satisfaction ranges from our body to the soul. Peace of mind brings harmony and coordination between all the tasks we performed. Peace of mind can lead us towards more productivity. Peace of mind also bring health to us, many mental diseases which are so common now-a-days due to stress factor, stay away from us only when we have peace of mind.

Question 5:  If you could have lunch with one person alive or dead, who would it be?  

Answer: If I could have lunch with one person alive or dead, it would definitely be MY DAD.

I would love to have dinner with my Dad who passed away three years ago. When we will go on a lunch, we will choose his favorite restaurant, We will go there, sit there, discussing my childhood golden memories with him. I want to discuss many things with him which remained unsaid because of his sudden departure. Lastly I just want to say him that I loved him the most. I will never forget him. Moreover, to give him a big tight hug and to say him a last goodbye.

ANNUAL SPORTS REPORT 2021 SUBMITTED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SPORTS SCIENCES AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION - PENIEL COLLEGE

All over the world, sports has and still serves as a unifying factor, a tool for character building, and a means of self-discovery.  

It is with the above in mind that I assumed the role of the Sports Prefect. I knew that if I was to succeed, it was important for me to leave the school's Physical Education program in a better shape than I met it.  

To do so, I had to re-envision what that unit is all about. It meant that I had to stand upon the shoulders of all my predecessors from 40 years ago and ask myself, WHY we are here.

As I did with the help of the Sports Coordinator, Mr. Bright Li, I developed the courage to request the help of all the students who served with me in the Physical Education Unit. Without them, none of the things we achieved would have been made possible.  

During my tenure, we not only ensured that all the different sports which we have improved and received funding, but we also added new sub-units such as  

  • Skateboarding
  • Sport Climbing
  • Karate and
  • Billards

For the first time in 12 years, we won the Regional chess championship and made it to the Nationals, coming back with the Bronze medal in third place.  

Our football team had the rare opportunity to tour with the National football team. This exposure left a strong impact on the members of the team. Some of them now see their dream of joining an actual football team as being more real than ever. Some of the footballers elected to mentor anyone who was serious about taking football farther than college. Of course, there were certain terms and conditions attached.

Because of how we saw the school's Sports Program, and how we went about it, some of the students, have transferred the same dedication, discipline, and teamwork that they have learned on the field to their studies.  Keeping track, we saw that the grades of all sports active students improved by 39% after we introduced the Play to Win philosophy. We made it clear through all our coaches and team leads that all the principles learned on the field were transferrable to academic work and that sports was not just an escape for those who felt they didn't have the brains or intelligence to excel academically.

As students progressed athletically, and in various other sports, their self-image increased. So did their academic performance.  

I'd like to thank the all staff and students who helped to push the vision of the Sports and Physical Sciences unit further. Special appreciation goes to the teachers who supervised the following teams:

  • Cricket
  • Volleyball
  • Table Tennis
  • Chess
  • Athletics
  • Tug of War

They provided excellent coaching and for the first time in 9 years featured in interschool competitions, coming back home with at least a bronze medal. In all, we had 6 gold medals, 8 silver medals, and 2 bronze medals.  

If we don't give up, IMPOSSIBILITY IS NOTHING.
