There have been incidents of people testing positive for Coronavirus and then still going to work. Should they be fined or jaile

d for endangering people's lives? What if they knowingly infect someone that subsequently dies, should they be charged with manslaughter or murder?

Answer:

Those who intentionly infect other by not following the rules, they should be hanged by goverment because he/she is indirectly trying to murder someone.But for those who accidently got corona positive they shouldn't be punished becasue they didn't get it with their desire.It is a pandemic and due to many uncertain reasons they got it.

Yes. If you know that you have the virus then you need to be quarantined immediately and not go out and infect others on purpose.
