Answer:

Those who intentionly infect other by not following the rules, they should be hanged by goverment because he/she is indirectly trying to murder someone.But for those who accidently got corona positive they shouldn't be punished becasue they didn't get it with their desire.It is a pandemic and due to many uncertain reasons they got it.
