The correct answer is letter D

The main pueblos were located in Chaco Canyon, in northwestern New Mexico. There, Anasazi society developed from 600 AD until the second half of the 12th century, and at its peak Pueblo Bonito, the region's main stronghold and mixed political, economic and religious center, housed around 1,200 inhabitants - 25% of all the canyon population.
