Push factors: there aren't many jobs in the place she is living in.
pull factors: the other city has good weather and better job opportunities.

The push factor is that there aren’t much job opportunities where they live currently and doesn’t have very good weather it seems.

The pull factor is that they have great weather in the new city and she found a job there so she won’t have to spend a longer time trying to look for one when they end up moving and had great weather.
