He convinced to the animals that they should work in order to achieve that paradise, after that he taught them the song "Beast of England" that described his vision with lyrics.

After that, the animals agree to work for boar`s dream, but he died three nights after they gathered, but his dream was not going to be forgotten, that's why  three younger pigs—Snowball, Napoleon, and Squealer—formulate his main principles into a philosophy called Animalism.
