Hi,

It is defined as the fulfillment of individual’s hopes and ambitions.

From the definition, self-fulfillment is good to the society because it enables a person live his/her life well, a life that contains satisfaction of what is done giving a person fruitful and worthwhile life experience.

An example could be attaining academic goals or career goals after studying hard in school.

Explanation

When a person is able to attain his or her life goals, happiness and joy accompanies that individual because what was in the master plan was attain. In this concept, a person lives a life with satisfying events which can be understood as a worthwhile life. If every person works towards attaining the set life goals then the society will grow into a positive and peaceful one.
