Social media can at times __________ our inhibitions or internal censors, emboldening us to write things or _________
jasenka [17]

Social media can at times Weaken our inhibitions or internal censors, emboldening us to write things or post images.

Our contacts with others on social media frequently result in "weak bonds," meaning that we don't feel as personally connected to them as we do when we speak to them in person. Consequently, even while we communicate more, we may not necessarily be strengthening our relationships as much.

When we connect via social media, we frequently trust the individuals receiving our messages, which results in generally more honest conversation. Second, we tend not to deepen our relationships—they tend to remain in the status quo—because social media does not strengthen our social ties as much as face-to-face interaction does. Finally, we don't receive the same variety of ideas as we once did because we frequently contact and follow people who share our opinions.

Analyse THREE actions that the South African Government is doing to
Veseljchak [2.6K]

Explanation:

All they are doing is redistribution, not creation. They are enforcing fewer and fewer people to subsidise and pay for more and more people who do not pay for services. Meanwhile the service infrastructure is ageing and in the process of collapse as it was never designed for so many people, Lack of upgrade and maintenance is the last nail in the coffin.

Redistribution does not work. If you tax people more and more they will stop using the service and find alternatives. Look how many people are going off-grid. I am off grid. It now works out cheaper, I don’t have to suffer load shedding and water cutoffs, and I dont have to pay more and more and subsidise more and more people for less and less service. I don’t care anymore about their loadshedding and huge tariff hikes. The more they charge the faster I pay off my off grid system.

Because they insist on subsidising so many people, there is no money left for capital infrastructure. Policies that drive people off grid means that less and less of those prepared to pay are now contributing to as service they no longer want any part of.

The ANC has only themselves to blame for the utter collapse. Their policies, incompetence, cadre deployment of incompetents to government have brought about ruin. Apartheid left them functioning infrastructure that did well to last until now, well past the design life, and a well run efficient civil service. It shows how good their build quality and plans were. The stuff put in by ANC BEE contractors lasts as long as a Made in China product. All they have done is given equal access to less and less so you have access to a failing collapsing product with no hope of salvation unless EVERYONE pays a fair price by what they use, and the ANC stops stealing that revenue. To expect them to stop stealing is like asking a cow to stop eating grass. It is their nature to graze on the veld maintained by others, not to grow anything themselves.

Discuss the reasons why arson is considered a low-priority crime.- Arson is considered a low priority crime due to their complex
Andrej [43]

The crime of arson is a crime that is ordinarily defined in the law as the criminal damage or the unlawful destruction of some property by means of fire.

In almost all countries except Great Britain, an arsonist is guilty of murder if any person dies as a result of their action, even if the offender did not intend to kill. In Germany and in some states of the United States, serious penalties are also imposed for the offense of arson when it is committed to disguise or destroy the evidence (or evidence) of another criminal act.

Although accidental burning or ordinary carelessness are not considered arson, a person may be found guilty of the crime of arson, if he causes a fire without due prudence for the consequences of his actions.
