I mean, you will eventually have to come across being forced to make a difficult choice(such as abortion, telling secrets for a persons own good, or moving). Making the choice depends on the situation. However, telling friends or family members can really help because you can have their insight on the problem. Also, using someone who was in the same situation as you can also help because you can get useful advice that can impact your choice.
