Communism, political and economic doctrine that aims to replace private property and a profit-based economy with public ownership and communal control of at least the major means of production and the natural resources of a society.

The Communist Manifesto opens with a statement of its purpose, to publicize the views, aims and tendencies of the Communists. As such it is a document intended to be read by the public, and it is meant to be easily grasped by a general audience.

which pair of words from “welcome to ‘rise of the knights”’ has a similar denotaition but different connotations
Ulleksa [173]

Welcome to any place means you will be received with pleasure by anyone you  pay a visit to. However, you will not feel glad or happy if you are welcome to a place you hate, but you have to go to or if you are welcome to hell. Take the song Welcome to the Jungle by Guns &Roses .How could you be welcome in a place with so much violence and death?

Which sentence contains a pronoun used as an adjective? A. This is the least expensive orchid. B.he trimmed the shrubs for her.
IrinaVladis [17]

C. I chose that rose for its sweet smell.

This sentence actually has two pronouns used as adjectives. The first is "that". It is an adjective because it describes which rose is being chosen. The second pronoun that's being used as an adjective is "its". "Its" tells us what the smell belongs to. Possessive pronouns are often considered possessive adjectives because they describe who or what is being owned. In this case the rose or "its" owns the smell.
