In poetry, when all final words of each line has the same end sound, it's called monorhyme. There is no term for the USE of end rhyme like there is for the use of meter (scansion). Hope this helped.
I would say "Chips and cookies are high in fats and sugars which increases the risk of obesity.", because it is a direct cause of the problem, student obesity. :)
