The persons who would most likely rely on implied meaning when speaking or writing would be A) friends speaking to one another. Through process of elimination we can determine that a teacher addressing a class and a judge delivering a verdict would not be the mostly likely to use implied meaning because in these situations these individuals would want nothing lost in translation. As well as the fact that friends tend to use implied meaning more with each other due to the close nature of their relationships.
