I can give some ideas:

Some of the candidates approaches to lowering college may include:

-Giving more tuitions and scholarships
-Persuade congress to consider the aspect of affordability
-Competency-based degrees, in which college credits are not based on the hours spent in the classroom, but rather on how much they can show they know.
