The report is based on report on food habits of a teacher.

Explanation:

The teacher who was interviewed is fairly fit by health. She eats a healthy diet throughout the day. She begins her day eating 2 boiled eggs or a eating bread sandwich for breakfast. She also takes milk for her breakfast. Then she drinks tea as a mid-morning meal. Lunch includes 2 rotis with one vegetable cooked for 3 days in a week and pulses and rice for other days. Dinner also includes one bowl of pulses and 1 roti.

She is quite active throughout the day taking her lectures for different classes. Her bad habits include indulging in eating sweets (in form of pastries or muffins) at any part of the day. She also eats junk two days in a week. Her general health is fine. She recommends to exercise everyday and to keep only one day as a cheat day for eating something junk or for eating sweets.
