I noticed that this was a speech. So if you have to present this to the class, then its best if you practice reading it out load to a family member or friend, not only will it help with confidence but it also helps with studdering and your less likely to mess up.
And if you have anxiety when being put on the spot during class presentations, don't stress!! Everyone is going to have to present, and everyone's going to be nervous.
