Well most likely D. because you are suppose to use the masculine form with masculine nouns. It can also be C.

I think that the answer might be B.) Infinitive but I'm not 100% percent sure. Please let me know if I'm wrong!

Answer:

El médico le habla a sus pacientes. Le examina el estómago y le da su diagnóstico. Su condición no es grave pero le da una receta para una medicina que ayuda aliviar el dolor. El paciente va a la farmacia y le da la receta al farmacéutico. El farmacéutico le vende los medicamentos que su médico le receto.

I've added 'a sus pacientes'.

On the second line I added 'y le'.

The third line I've added 'que ayuda'.

Last but not least, instead of 'receta' I've changed it to 'receto'.
