Right to equality means that all are equal before law and there is not discrimination on the basis of caste, color, creed etc.

Explanation:

Right to equality is one of the major rights which are given to the people of the country so that they can enjoy a peaceful life. With this right, people are considered to be equal before law and there can be no discrimination among the people on the basis of their caste, color, creed, religion they follow and so on. This was very important for the constitution of the country because there was discrimination against the people belonging to lower class or to black community and to end this, this law was passed.
