Answer:

Temperament

Explanation:

Temperament is formed from infancy and develops over time. One's temperament does not really change and helps in determining patterns peculiar to an individual. Over time, one's reactions and perspectives on life issues could be built on but it doesn't totally change the temperament and make one a totally different person from his temperament type. Temperaments give an understanding of personality types and these personality types vary from one person to another.

Temperament also has a function in understanding compatibility. Certain personality types are opposites, some will clash almost always while some are very alike.

There are 4 majorly known personality types:

 1. Sanguine: This temperament is characterized by an outgoing and active nature. A sanguine could have an overly talkative nature and could be referred to as super-sanguine in nature.
 2. Phlegmatic: This is characterized by a calm, easy going and unemotional nature.
 3. Melancholy: This temperament type characterizes people who are very detailed and cautious. They are logical and analytical.
 4. Choleric: This characterizes a goal oriented nature, pushing for a goal till it is achieved.

What is the elephant getting when the bond is broken in sucrose?
jasenka [17]

Answer:

Energy

Explanation:

The elephant is getting energy when the bond is broken into sucrose because as sucrose is broken down, it is hydrolized by enzymes sucrase which break the glycosidic bond and convert it to glucose and fructose in the upper gastrointestinal tracts. Glucose and fructose are then absorbed into the blood stream which glucose serve as energy source or stored as glycogen in the gastrointestinal tracts.

The cerebellum is well known to regulate the balance of the body. The brainstem is a type of automatic control center that connects the cerebrum with the spinal cord. The pons represents a group of nerves that serve as connection between the cerebrum and cerebellum. The pons are located in the brainstem (between the midbrain and the medulla oblongata). The cerebrum is the largest part of the brain and can be divided into right and left hemispheres. These hemispheres communicate with each other by the corpus callosum.
