There is no reason for the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) to work with product marketers - it is not their job to promote their research nor promote drugs of anything of the sort.
Because if something goes wrong while the medical team is taking care of a patient then the team can face lawsuits and other punishments from the patients family or government.
