This is because, as this is done voluntarily, there is a lack of instructors who have time to train young people in a particular sport. These young people also start to work at an early age to help families with economic expenses, in addition, the poorer communities have problems such as young people getting involved in crimes, teenage pregnancy, among others that hinder the establishment of a youth and community sport.
In a rural environment, the establishment of youth and community sports is even more difficult, because often, rural communities do not have an adequate structure for the sport to be practiced, in addition, the rural communities tend to be remote from the city, which it would make it difficult for young people to move to urban regions that have an adequate structure for sports.
In the urban environment, to manage a youth community recreation organization, I would contact government organizations so that it would be possible to develop a national campaign, to emphasize the benefits of youth and community sport and how it would benefit not only our young people, but like the whole country.
