The term two-way or interpersonal communication refers to a type of communication in which the parties or participants involved are able to receive and transmit information, this means the participants act as receivers and producers which allow them to receive messages, send their own messages and provide feedback about the message received. This communication differs from one-way communication in which a message is sent to a receiver, but the receiver cannot give feedback related to the message sent. Considering this, the mean of communication that would allow two-way communication between policymakers and people is social media as this is the only mean from the options given that allows citizens to give a response to the policy maker and send their own messages instead of only being receivers.
