List and explain three ways you can make your references job easy
loris [4]

The best advice I can offer is to know what kind of information employers are seeking in order to ensure your references are the most effective, in order to accomplish this you can:

  1. Be in contact with direct/indirect superiors for past positions in order to determine how active they're willing to be or act on your behalf.
  2. Explain to your reference what are the qualities or areas of expertise you'd like them to highlight (according to the qualities the employer is looking for).
  3. Provide as much information as possible regarding the position you're aiming for to your reference in order for them to be able to portray you in the best possible way.

How many fractions are equivalent to 4/5.Explain
Evgen [1.6K]

There are an infinite number of them.

Pick any number, multiply the 4 and the 5 both by it, and write the new
numbers in place of them.  The new fraction is equivalent to  4/5 .

Instead of reducing a fraction to lower terms, what you have just done is
expand the fraction to higher terms.

Contention: A point advanced or maintained in a debate or argument It is his contention that allowing a casino to be built would not be in the best interests of the city.

Cross-examination: The Cross-examination is the examination of a witness who has already testified in order to check or discredit the witness's testimony, knowledge, or credibility.

Rebuttal: As it pertains to an argument or debate, the definition of a rebuttal is the presentation of evidence and reasoning meant to weaken or undermine an opponent's claim; however, in persuasive speaking, a rebuttal is typically part of a discourse with colleagues and rarely as a stand-alone speech.
