Hi Daralava,

How does the troposphere differ from the stratosphere?

There are 2 major difference between the troposphere and the stratosphere, which is that the stratosphere is higher located than the troposphere, also the stratosphere is also warmer becase it receives more solar radiation the the troposphere.

Which statement describes the 3d, 4s, and 4p orbitals of arsenic (as) based on its electronic configuration and position in the
professor190 [17]

The statement that describes the 3d, 4s, and 4p orbitals of arsenic (as) based on its electronic configuration and position in the periodic table is; The 3d and 4s orbitals are completely filled, and the 4p orbital is partially filled.

The electronic configuration of arsenic is given as; 1s² 2s² 2p^(6) 3s² 3p^(6) 4s² 3d^(10) 4p³.

Now we can see that in that electronic configuration the orbitals are, s, p and D.

Now, the maximum electrons for each of the 3 orbitals are;

Maximum electrons for d orbital = 10 electrons

Maximum electrons for s orbital = 2 electrons

Maximum electrons for p orbital = 6 electrons.

Now, when we compare the maximum number of electrons for each orbital to the ones in electron configuration of arsenic, it is clear from the last 3 orbitals that the 3d and 4s orbitals are completely filled while the 4p orbital is half filled or partially filled.

A recent survey of cell phone users indicated that 56 percent of the respondents prefer to use cell phones for texting rather th
love history [14]

Assume all conditions for inference have been met, based on the confidence interval, the claim that is supported is that;

More than half of all people prefer texting.

Understanding Confidence Intervals

We are given;

Confidence Level; CL = 95%

Margin of error; MOE = 3%

Since 56 percent of the respondents prefer to use cell phones for texting rather than for making phone calls. It means that; x' = 56%

Thus;

CI = x' ± MOE

CI = 56% ± 3%

CI = 53% OR 59%

Thus, in conclusion we can say that more than half of the people prefer texting

People with this condition often notice their vision then becomes blurry or they have double vision when their eye points outward .

The options to the question is below

B. Da Vinci was more successful as an artist than others who also had exotropia.

C. Studying just a few works of art can provide compelling information about an artist’s physical conditions.
