Answer: A. exercise right before bed

Explanation:

Good sleep hygiene can be define as the practices which can help an individual comfortably and appreciably for standard duration. Thus improves health.

An exercise should be avoided before sleep. This is because of the fact that the exercise will produce tension and pain the muscles and bones. The pain may disturb the body and as a result of this the person may not be able to sleep.

HACTEHA [7]

The labels beside the heart (2):

Sinoatrial Node (SA node)

Atrioventricular Node (AV node)

The labels inside the wave image(5):

From LEFT to RIGHT (top to bottom):

Atrial depolarization

P wave

Ventricular depolarization

Ventricular repolarization

T Wave

Please look at the attached picture for clarification.

Here is more about your question:

The images depict the electrical conduction system of the heart.

The sinoatrial node (SA node) is located in the right atrium. It works as a pacemaker of the heart. It starts all the heartbeats and the heart rate. It spreads electrical impulses throughout both atrias, to stimulate them to contract.

The AV node is like a gateway for electrical impulses. It delays the electrical impulses going towards the ventricles to make sure that all the blood from the atria is emptied into the ventricles before contraction.

The next image is an ECG reading. It shows the action potentials that are produced by the nodes and cells of the heart.

Each wave and segment of the image shows an event that occurred in the heart as it was recorded.

P-wave occurs when the atria depolarizes. This happens when the atria fills up with blood, which initiates the SA node. The SA node then spreads electrical signals and causes them to depolarize.

QRS complex is the point where ventricular depolarization occurs.

 • Q-wave, the interventricular septum depolarizes;
 • R-wave, the main mass of the ventricles depolarizes;
 • S-wave, the rest of the parts left near the base of the heart of the ventricles depolarizes.

T-wave indicate ventricular repolarization which happens right before the relaxation of the ventricles. At this point, the cycle will repeat.

This cycle will repeat in every heartbeat.

How does carbon dioxide enter leaves?
melomori [17]
Plants get the carbon dioxide they need from the air through their leaves. It moves by diffusion through small holes in the underside of the leaf called stomata. These let carbon dioxide reach the other cells in the leaf, and also let the oxygen produced in photosynthesis leave the leaf easily.

What is the answer with explaining

Answer:

100% of children will have a double heterozygous genotype (EeWw)

Explanation:

A homo-zygous individual is an individual that has two dominant alleles or two recessive alleles for a given gene/locus. A dihybrid cross, also known as Mendelian dihybrid cross, refers to a type of cross in which both parents differ in two observed phenotypic traits which are controlled by two distinct non-linked genes. When both parents are inversely homo-zygous for both genes as in this case (i.e., one parent is homo-zygous dominant for the first gene and homo-zygous recessive for the second gene, while the other parent is homo-zygous recessive for the first gene and homo-zygous dominant for the other), all the F1 will be heterozygous, i.e., all F1 individuals will have the EeWw genotype because each parent can produce only one type of gamete (either Ew or eW). If both genes are subject to complete dominance, then the expected phenotypic ratio of the F2 obtained by crossing double heterozygous individuals will be 9:3:3:1, i.e., 9/16 individuals will have the dominant phenotype for both traits (in this case E_W_ genotype), 3/16 individuals will have the dominant phenotype for the first trait (in this case, dominant earlobe E_ww genotype), 3/16 individuals will have the dominant phenotype for the second trait (in this case, dominant hairline eeW_ genotype), and 1/16 will have the recessive phenotype for both traits (in this case, double recessive eeww genotype).
