I be leave this is true because what a reader's response is a idea that they  have of the book, or like how there own personal statement of what they thought of the book. So I think it is TRUE

It would be true because they always have statements about the story and they always ask questions about the story and why you wrote it

I would assume, the best way to measure if it's achievable would be making a graph of various ages and seeing when most people achieve these indicators and how many do it.

You can usually tell if something is an opinion if it has adjectives associated with it, expression how somebody feels about something, like “best, worst, most____, least____.” Something is a fact if it can be proven. For example, because number 4. says “from the fossils record,” if can be proven that the dinosaurs legs are the strongest by checking the record, making it a fact and not an opinion. Hope this helps
