Answer:    Hey Jude / Revolution

Explanation:  As being said, it's a single from the Beatles' first album that was released by Apple. It is well known that this song was written by Paul McCartney, although the song itself is credited to the creative duo Lennon / McCartney. The release of this song by Apple as a record label was also a celebration of the public launch of a new record label. As mentioned, this single was number one on many countries' charts and was released in 1968. It should be noted that this song, with nine weeks at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, set the record for the longest time spent at number one. It should also be said that the aforementioned Hey Jude song was found together on the single, with the Revolution song recorded on the other side of the single.

One criticism of restorative justice suggests that _____________ offenders may be good for the individual victim but may not be
Natalka [10]

Answer:

One criticism of restorative justice suggests that <em><u>forgiving</u></em> offenders may be good for the individual victim but may not be good for the “class of victims” who have yet to be victimized

Explanation:

<u>Restorative justice is the way justice is approached in crime in such a way that the offenders are held accountable for the harm they have inflicted upon the victim</u>. Its main approach is to organize a meeting of the people involved- the victim, the offender, and the communities, to directly address the issue and try to repair the harm/ damage done.

While this process helps heal misunderstandings and even help people/ culprits get forgiven, there are numerous criticisms of such acts as it does not apply for the whole <em>"class of victims" </em>who are hurt and may also be permanently "damaged".<u> One such criticism is the idea that forgiving offenders may do good for the one victim, but it cannot be the solution for a whole class of victims, who are not yet "accepted" or "deemed" to be victims.</u>

What is the Aesthetic Theory represented in Edward Hopper's "Nighthawks?" Will give BRAINLY is correct!!
andre [41]

Answer:

C. Emotionalism

Explanation:

Edward Hopper's "Nighthawks" was made in <em>1942</em>. It's an<em> oil painting </em>that's considered to be one of the most popular paintings in the <em>American art</em>. You can even find movies or cartoons inspired by it.

The painting represents "Emotionalism" because it was painted during such time when people in New York felt scared by being attacked by the Nazis. So, there were times when people would intentionally turn off the street lights causing darkness. The diner in the painting shows such situation. The environment outside is dark while the diner is the only one brightly lit. Such brightness showed people that, somehow, there was hope for them even during such trial times. So this evokes emotion and a bit of loneliness. The four people in the image shows unrelated people who would come to seek for hope by going to the diner. They are at least trying to reconnect with each other.
