The answer would be B. The first sentence in the paragraph is usually the hook, since it is meant to be the first thing a person reads and is supposed to "hook" them into reading the rest of the paper.

I'm pretty sure it's the first one. 451 degrees is the temp which paper burns, the book is about book burning. There aren't 451 characters that are focused on, I don't think 451 pertains to the address or district...it was really vague to make it seem like it could happen anywhere to anyone.
