(Sorry if I'm wrong)

Enlarged means making it bigger, so you're making it 3 1/2 times bigger.

Try multiplying both the area and perimeter by 3.5

(6 x 3.5) (8 x 3.5)

P = 21cm and A = 28cm

GREYUIT [131]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

2x+3y=15

x-3y=18

------------------

x=3y+18

2(3y+18)+3y=15

6y+36+3y=15

9y=15-36

9y=-21

y=-21/9

simplify

y=-7/3

x-3(-7/3)=18

x+7=18

x=18-7

x=11

Answer: x=11, y=-7/3. (11, -7/3).

---------------------------------------------

2x+3y=20

-2x+y=20

----------------

4y=40

y=40/4

y=10

2x+3(10)=20

2x+30=20

2x=20-30

2x=-10

x=-10/2

x=-5

Answer: x=-5, y=10. (-5, 10).

-------------------------------------------

3x-4y=-5

-10x+4y=12

--------------------

-7x=7

x=7/-7

x=-1

3(-1)-4y=-5

-3-4y=-5

4y=-3-(-5)

4y=-3+5

4y=2

y=2/4

simplify

y=1/2

Answer: x=-1, y=1/2. (-1, 1/2).

g 7. Find Re f and Im f and find their values at the given z. (Both answers should be included) f = z⁄(z + 1), z = 4 − 5
Schach [20]

Answer:

The real and imaginary parts of the result are \frac{1441}{1601} and \frac{4}{1601}, respectively.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let be f(z) = \frac{z}{z+1}, the following expression is expanded by algebraic means:

f(z) = \frac{z\cdot (z-1)}{(z+1)\cdot (z-1)}

f(z) = \frac{z^{2}-z}{z^{2}-1}

f(z) = \frac{z^{2}}{z^{2}-1}-\frac{z}{z^{2}-1}

If z = 4 - i5, then:

z^{2} = (4-i5)\cdot (4-i5)

z^{2} = 16-i20-i20-(-1)\cdot (25)

z^{2} = 41 - i40

Then, the variable is substituted in the equation and simplified:

f(z) = \frac{41-i40}{41-i39} -\frac{4-i5}{41-i39}

f(z) = \frac{37-i35}{41-i39}

f(z) = \frac{(37-i35)\cdot (41+i39)}{(41-i39)\cdot (41+i39)}

f(z) = \frac{1517-i1435+i1443+1365}{3202}

f(z) = \frac{2882+i8}{3202}

f(z) = \frac{1441}{1601} + i\frac{4}{1601}

The real and imaginary parts of the result are \frac{1441}{1601} and \frac{4}{1601}, respectively.

To celebrate getting a new job, Marco went out for a dinner that cost $100. If the local sales tax is 6% and Marco left a 15% ti

Answer:

  $121.00

Step-by-step explanation:

Together, the tax and tip were 6% and 15% of $100, or 21% of $100. That means the total cost of Marco's mean was ...

  (1 +21%) × $100 = 1.21×$100 = $121.00
