Shakespearean literature has all been adapted, sometimes to make it shorter or easier to understand. MacBeth is a classic story warning against greed and ambition for what is not yours, and tells the story of an overambitious war hero.

The author would describe this moment in her life as one of discovery, a point in which she became aware of things that as a child she could not understand. A time of putting pieces of information, that did not seem to be related, together.

She conveys this perspective through her language by, first, establishing the moment: she is staring at her father after he reveales something she was not aware of, but it is evident by her father's answer that it was not hidden from her, she just didn't understand. Then she uses the phrase "the moment that I realized the deceit I had been living under" and relates it to childhood. Lastly, she presents several images that seem to be coming together: children drinking milk, contaminated cows, contaminated breasts, one breasted-women...

This is an excerpt from 'The Great Gatsby'.

Explanation:

  • Gatsby arranges for a party and when Nick comes to the party, a new buttler sends him away. Nick is honest and tolerant.
  • Nick was attracted by the fun-filled life in New York but also felt that life was ugly and damaging. he is attracted by her vivacity and sophistication but does not like her being dishonest.
  • There is some internal conflict in Nick. In the end, he moves to a quieter place  that has more traditional values.

Explanation:

1. I was able to create a functioning rocket, it took a bit of time to understand how to in the beginning.  

2. "Next, use the sharpened end of your pencil to twist the top of the body tube into a nose cone. Be sure that the nose cone is completely closed." This section was slightly hard to understand when following the instructions.  

3. The author could have added pictures in the instructions for those who prefer visual representations when following directions.
