The correct answer is D) harmed industry and workers.

Jacksonian Democrats believed that the national bank harmed industry and workers.

On September 10, 1883, President Andrew Jackson made an important announcement. He decided that the United States government would no longer use the services of the national bank. The first national bank was created by Alexander Hamilton and George Washington in 1791. The second bank was created in 1816. President Jackson had many questions about the work done by this bank. So he decided to apply his executive power to remove the funds from the bank.

How did World War 1 become a global conflict
svetoff [14.1K]

Answer:

These multinational interests, along with overseas alliances and the modernization of sea transport, are what put the "world" in World War I. Enemy nations attacked each other's colonies and fleets, and laborers and soldiers were recruited from colonized countries, and brought to the front lines.

Explain how militarism contributed to the beginning of world war 1
vlabodo [156]

Hey Rich!

The Britain felt that they were superior to all other countries. France wanted what the British had and Germany wanted what the French had. This provoked fierce competition and each country worked to build up the strongest military. This led to an arms race between these three powers. Both Germany's and France's armies doubled in size between 1870 and 1914. The increase of military and naval rivalry led to the belief that a war was coming. Germany felt that through war, they could become a world power. As a result of the arms race, European powers were fully prepared for war when 1814 arrived.

Hope this helped!
