Ford motors doubled workers pay and had equal pay for all races or gender as suppose to the present time. If only modern America can use this basic common mindset the bottom class will be no more. Which was a reason that england established Georgia as a colony
kifflom [539]

Answer:

Another reason for the founding of the colony was as a buffer state and a "garrison province" which would defend the southern British colonies from Spanish Florida. Oglethorpe imagined a province populated by "sturdy farmers" who could guard the border; because of this, the colony's charter prohibited slavery.

What are the differences of Terrace farming and Polders and the similarities?
kykrilka [37]

Answer:

Terrace farming is done in the hilly region and Polders in sea level.

Explanation:

Terrace farming helps farmers to grow crops on one side of hills or mountains by planting on in the slope with prevented the erosion of soil. It also reflected upon the skill of people who did farming in hilly areas where they could save water and soil erosion. For example, in Japan, rice (paddy) cultivation is well-known in the mountainous region.

Polder is a plot of low land recovered from water especially, sea or river and protected by barriers. Once the blocks placed, people began draining wetlands for agricultural use. Removing water performed with the help of windmills. This practice originated in the Netherlands as it controls floods and provides land for cultivating.

One of the similarity is that the cultivation of crops in both region require wetland. No soil erosion as people is careful with their practice of cultivation in mountainous and low land regions.
