I suggest finding some uncommon political views you have. Like why gay marriage should or should not be legal everywhere, why people should or shouldn't support abortions, why pit bulls should or shouldn't be treated differently. Something you're really passionate about. Hope this helped :)

If you mean “is the statement correct?” kinda thing, then i believe you can’t speak french. you may be able to speak a little bit of french, but i don’t think you’ll be able to speak french fluently.
