Question options :

A. do not need to do experiments to test their ideas.

B.only perform applied research.

C.do not keep records of experiments that fail.

D.often predict the outcome of experiments.

E.cannot predict the outcome of experiments

Answer:

D.often predict the outcome of experiments.

Explanation:

Karl Popper's Imaginative preconception is the idea that one could know or imagine or maybe have a good guess of what the outcome of an experiment would be. In other words a scientist will often hypothesize from observation of what the outcome of an experiment would be without testing and ascertaining truth through experimentation yet. Therefore the scientist combines knowledge and imagination in arriving at the fact or truth in his research or investigations

The answer is true. The whole community approach means that solutions serve the affected community and a variety of resources are used as needed.

EXPLANATION

Whole community approach means that every resident, organizational and community leaders, emergency management, and government officials can all try to understand the needs of the communities and try the best way to strengthen and organize their interests, capacities, and assets, not individually, but together.

By using the whole community approach, it will influence the individual in communicating, in both knowledge and experiences. With the whole community approach, individuals can prepare, protect, respond, and recover from emergencies.

The whole community approach has a lot of benefits, either for the community itself and also for the individuals. By using whole community approach, we can share understanding of the needs and capabilities in the community, stronger social infrastructure, establish relationship that can make more effective protection, mitigation, response, and prevention, greater resiliency at national and community levels, increased in preparedness of individual and group, and also greater empowerment and integration from the community about resources.

There are several principles that made the whole community approach. In total, there are actually three principles that provide the foundation of the whole community approach, 1) Engaging and empowering all the parts of the community, 2) Understanding the real needs of the whole community, 3) Strengthening the habits that work well in the community on a daily basis.
