I searched this up so, not much credit from me. It says that it's not really easy to predict a earthquake. Though if you have a seismometer it can be used to feels vibrations on the Earths crust.

one angle of a triangle measures 125 degrees the other two angles are in a ratio of 4:7. what are the measures of the two angles
Ilya [14]
Angles in a triangle add up to 180 degrees.
180 - 125 = 55
Add the ratios 4+7 = 11
Divide the left over angels by the ratio: 55/11 = 5
Now multiply 5 by each side of the ratio:
4:7
4*5 = 20
7*5 = 35

So the 2 angles are 20 and 35 degrees.

To check, you can add up all the angels : 20 + 35 + 125 = 180
So we know 20 and 35 is correct because it adds up to 180 degrees :)

Rocks that are _____ allow oil, natural gas, and groundwater to flow through them and even seep to the surface.
FinnZ [79.3K]

The type of rock that allows oil, natural gas, and groundwater to flow through them is known as reservoir rock and this can only occur if the rocks are permeable.

What is a Reservoir Rock?

This refers to the type of rocks that allows natural gases and fluids to go through them because of their permeability.

Hence, we can see that because the rocks have good permeability, that is they have the ability to allow minerals to flow through them, then this is known as a reservoir rock.
