I searched this up so, not much credit from me. It says that it's not really easy to predict a earthquake. Though if you have a seismometer it can be used to feels vibrations on the Earths crust.

Where am i if i am at 30 degrees north and 30 degrees west?
k0ka [10]
The correct answer is: You're in the water in the Atlantic ocean! (closer to Europe than to America).

This point actually is quite close to the Portuguese Island of Azores, which are a group of islands discovered in 1427. They have a population of around 200 000 people.

Azores are to the north of this point.
