Answer:

The Haymarket protest turned violent when a police was bombed.

Explanation:

The Haymarket protests had been instigated by the workers as labour protests for worker's rights. Following the riots and killing of people, a meeting called by labour leaders which included police, strikers and the Chicago Mayor had been called.

While the meeting was deemed peaceful, things got worse. Dispersing the crowd after the meeting resulted in more riots when a random person threw a bomb in the air. Police and civilians were injured and killed in great numbers during the process.

We're the domestic effects of the war more positive or negative overall
labwork [276]

Answer:

The domestic effects of the war were more positive than negative overall

Explanation:

the domestic effects of the war were more positive than negative because it boosted research in technology because better transport and means of communication gave countries an advantage over their enemies. The harsh conditions of the Treaty of Versailles caused a lot of dissent in Europe, especially on the side of the Central Powers who had to pay a lot for financial reparations.

How did New England’s physical geography support the growth of industries?
cluponka [151]
New England's geography helped industries to grow because of the proximity to the ocean to trade goods to other parts of the U.S. and the world. Also there were many rivers that helped to provide navigation for resources and also finished goods to be traded within the region. These factors and others helped industries in New England to grow.
