Answer:

The internal evidence cited from “Ecclesiastes” to support Solomon’s authorship agrees with his perspective as a ruler and a father. The first evidence is the name he gives himself in the book – Qoheleth, which means “Preacher”. The “Ecclesiastes” is the book of wisdom which represents Solomon’s “last words” on the subject of kingship and assembly to determine the next king (Ecclesiastes 1:1, 2 12; 7:27; 12:8-10). The second evidence is the problem of succession because Solomon doubts David’s wisdom. This concern of succession accords with the story of foolish Rehoboam in Bible (Ecclesiastes 2:18-21). And the third evidence reflects ironic references to the division of Israel and Solomon’s greatness was being consigned to the oblivion that he feared. This refers to the prophecy of the reign of Jeroboam whose name was byword for sin. The kings of divided kingdom of Israel “followed in the sin of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel sin” and were consigned to the oblivion(Ecclesiastes 4:13-16).

The internal evidence referred from "Ecclesiastes" to help Solomon's origin concurs with his point of view as a ruler and a dad.

Explanation:

The book of Ecclesiastes has interested numerous individuals. Some vibe it is the most baffling book in the Old Testament. It has been called one of the most despairing books of the Bible. It has been utilized by some to encourage that man stops to exist in the afterlife. The principal proof is simply the name he gives in the book – Qoheleth, which signifies "Minister".

The subsequent proof is the issue of progression since Solomon questions David's insight. Furthermore, the third proof reflects unexpected references to the division of Israel and Solomon's significance was being committed to the insensibility that he dreaded. Since he writes to impart to us the consequences of his own examination and to offer perceptions and expressions of insight gathered from his inquiry.

 • Personality is characterized by qualities that predict an individual's conduct in trait-based personality theories like those put forth by Raymond Cattell.
 • On the other side, more behaviorally oriented approaches use habits and learning to define personality. However, most theories consider personality to be somewhat stable.

Numerous tests can be used to identify personality. The aspects of personality and scales used in these tests vary and frequently have unclear definitions because personality is a complex concept.

Empowerment means giving employees greater involvement in their jobs and the organization's operations by increasing their participation in decision making.

What is Empowerment ?

The level of autonomy and self-determination in individuals and groups is known as empowerment. As a result, they are able to act responsibly and independently on their behalf when representing their interests. It is the process of growing stronger and more self-assured, particularly when it comes to taking charge of one's life and asserting one's rights. In order for people to overcome their sense of helplessness and lack of influence and to realize and utilize their resources, they need both professional support and the process of self-empowerment. Empowerment as a concept has its roots in American community psychology and is linked to the social scientist Julian Rappaport (1981). But the origins of the empowerment thesis go back deeper in time and are associated with Marxist sociology theory.
