1 - The saturated zone is the zone number 3.

<h2>Why?</h2>

The saturated zone is known as the zone where the water and solids(rocks) are mixed. Usually, the saturated zone means trapped water, but it can be also free water, moving under the effect of gravity or the pressure.

The water table zone is right on the top of the saturated zone,  and it's below the land surface. The depth of the water table variates going from near the surface or hundreds of meters below the land surface.
