The Goodwill ambassadors are the celebrities who travel around the world and promote UNICEF internationally and in their countries. They are not paid for the promotions just one dollar per year is granted to them. They are given travel and other allowances when travelling on behalf of United Nations. <em>Priyanka Chopra </em>is an Indian actress and Bollywood star, she was appointed the goodwill ambassador in 2010. UNICEF is united nation's agency that provides humanitarian and developmental aid to children.
