Write a story about a person who helped an enemy or somebody he/she disliked

fgiga [73]

I despise the word enemy, so let's say old acquaintance to refer to them. So my ex-best friend, who I knew since kindergarten, would always try to put me down by insulting me or making me feel less important. Back then I never really noticed any red flags, but looking at it now, I realize how much jealousy can affect an insecure person. One day at my crush's bday party, she would purposely try to make me feel jealous or touch him a lot (in front of me obviously), when she knew that I liked him and there were probably chances of him feeling the same, but that's another story I don't want to get into right now. She just couldn't stop being with him after that, and she would upload stories with him on social media, text him, compliment him, etc, and it wasn't even the fact that they were already pretty close before I told her I had feelings for him, she wouldn't bother talking to him. Long story short, she kis sed him 2 times, it was honestly my last straw. Funny thing is, I don't get jealous easily, and If I happen to, I just have control and make sure I don't hurt anyone because of it, so it wasn't at all about the fact that she stole my potential bo yfriend. It was the action of it, like “I don't respect you and I don't care about your feelings” kind of action, which made me purely disgusted and disrespected.

Why is it important to develop your own fitness program and not just use one developed for someone else ?
Rasek [7]

It important to develop your own fitness program and not just use one developed for someone else because everyone's needs, limits, and capacities are different from the rest according to their age and body type.

Explanation:

Starting a fitness program is one of the best thing a person can do for his/her health. Being physically fit helps a person in a lot many ways. But while engaging in any fitness program, it is necessary that a person develop his own fitness program and not just blindly follow others fitness program. Every person is unique in its own way and they all have their own needs and capacity. A fitness plan meant for a middle aged man wouldn't be suitable for a teen girl.

This is mainly because the stamina, capacity, and the food consumption level of a man would definitely be quite more as compared to a teenage girl. So the limit to perform the fitness activities of a man will also be more compared with that of a girl.

Read this excerpt from "Ulysses" by Alfred, Lord Tennyson:
valkas [14]
I don't know how you could pick anything out of those choices. The first stanza if you look back a couple of lines, refers to Telemachus (his son). He pays proper homage and kindness to those who honor the gods. Ulysses is very proud of him for doing that.

The second stanza is about the men he sails with who are brave, meeting any challenge through good times and bad (sunshine and thunder). They are free men and they are "stout" meaning that they are real stand up kinds of men ready to go.

The last sentence is about death which the old look forward to.

D is not a bad choice, but it sure leaves out a lot.

I guess D is as good as any, but I'm not sure. This is one of those multiple guesses that one answer could be defended as easily as another. B is not quite as powerful in meaning as D. But don't be surprised if B is the answer.

D <<<<< answer.
