How did the hungarian and suez crisis raise cold war tensions?
tia_tia [17]
Everyone was afraid of what the other one was going to do. The soviets saw that the West had no problems with invasion when it came to the Suez Crisis and they believed that they have nothing to fear from invading Hungary and ending their revolution. This spooked out everyone because nobody was allowed to react out of fear of the other one since they were on the same moral high ground.

A state's appellate court has made a decision in a particular case. that decision becomes case precedent in all cases except the
Contact [7]
That would be the state's supreme court or its equivalent level court in the state, that is the highest court in that particular state. The courts are divided into several layers and as such we have courts of special jurisdiction, trial courts, the appellate courts and the supreme courts. These are organized in hierarchical structure where the decisions made by the higher court effect those lower level courts. The highest court is usually the supreme court, followed by the appellate courts and the come the trial and special jurisdiction courts. So the the decision made by the appellate court would not affect only the supreme court.
