The only one I'm not sure of is location. I think for this one that because a lot of the fighting took place in the South, it was an advantage to Confederates who knew the territory better, but I could be wrong on this one. However, I am 100% sure about the others.

Morale, generals, and tactics are not included because the South was generally more passionate, and had better leaders and strategies than the North. This is one of the reasons they were able to put up such a good fight even though they were at a severe disadvantage.
