The correct answer is D) it gave citizens the right to elect priest and bishops.

The adoption of the Civil Constitution of the Clergy was a significant event during the French Revolution because it gave citizens the right to elect priest and bishops.

The Civil Constitution of the Clergy made the Catholic church in France to be subordinated to the government. It was passed on July 12, 1790. The Constitution ended with monastic orders. It also stated that the Pope had no authority in France. With the new Constitution, bishops and priest had the opportunity to be elected.

Priests and bishops became elected and paid officials. Going off that, the French Revolution also ended papal authority over the French church. I'd go with the fourth option, "It gave citizens the right to elect priests and bishops." I hope this helped! :)

If you were a US civilian living during World War ll, which government action would have influenced your everyday life most?

This is a free response question, but I'll help you out. You could say the draft would affect you, if you're a male. You could also say the rationing.
Rationing was a very big deal during WWII, and that would affect what you ate and it would even make you carpool (oil and gas were used primarily in the military), along with seeing many "Victory gardens" around your town

Background information: In this passage from The Iliad, Hector responds to his wife, who is worried that he will fall in battle.
s2008m [1.1K]

Answer: Bravery

In this excerpt, it is clear that Hector is a brave character. His wife is trying to convince him to not go to war, as she is worried about him. However, Hector tells her that he has to go. He claims that if he did not go, he would be too embarrased to face the men who did fight. He believes it is his duty to go, and that it would be a cowardly act to ignore his responsibility. Hector's bravery and sense of duty compels him to fight.
