For example, the case mentioned here although it was obvious to all that Raul did not pushed Noah intentionally and it was just an accident, but Noah insisted that he did it purposely.

Another other example for such behavior is if two persons are talking to each other, and third person watching them think that they are talking about him, although they are not and their behavior is ambiguous.
