The United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary (or Senate Judiciary Committee) consists of 21 Senators who oversee the Department of Justice (including all the agencies under the DOJ's jurisdiction, such as the FBI). They also consider the nominations of the president and review pending legislation. It also has oversight of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
