Once you do the math it´ll look like this:

BMI= (weight/height2)x703

BMI=250/5184*703

BMI=33.90

SO he is obese, people with a BMI considered OBESE are in a great risk of diabetes and kidney diseases, this is because they have too much sugar in the blood stream and eventually insulin starts to fail. This also applies for the kdineys because they are over working with the amount of blood they have to filter.
