A message in the Excel solver result dialogue box saying " Objective cell values do not converge" means that the objectives function that we have provided does not give the best result or optimum result close to the solution.
In other words excel is finding it difficult to provider a solution anything close to the optimal value despite of many iterations because the constrain formula are not properly defined.
